Since 1994, Terry has focused on representing clients who have had personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and employment discrimination cases.

Terry has extensive experience representing clients in Newton and McDonald County whether trying the case to verdict or reaching favorable settlements. Terry will give your case the personal attention you deserve.

Terry received his law degree from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville in 1994. Terry joined the firm of Taylor, Taylor and Neff immediately as a shareholder upon graduating.

Prior to law school, Terry completed his undergraduate studies at Missouri Southern State University and attended Crowder College. He received is Bachelor of Science in Political Science.

Terry is admitted to practice in all Missouri state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Terry is a member of the Missouri Bar, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the Newton McDonald County Bar Associations.
